Arrival and Checkout
Guests may arrive any time after 3 p.m. with contact-free check-in service

Departure is by 11 a.m.

Payment
Full payment is collected when the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy
Please email visit@fountainhall.com or call 540-825-8300. Cancellation is confirmed after you receive an emailed confirmation. Fees apply. 

Cancellations received 7 or fewer days of arrival will be refunded less one-night’s room rate. 

Cancellations received 8 – 14 days in advance of arrival will be refunded less $50. 

Whole house bookings will result in forfeiture of deposit for cancellations in less than 30 days of arrival date.  

$10 per room for all other cancellations. 

Emergency circumstances considered.

Room Rates
Standard Room Rates: $150 – $200 plus tax

Additional twin bed (only specific rooms): $25 per night

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Pets
Pets are not allowed. Only Certified Service Dogs are permitted. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a “service animal” as a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Comfort animals are not allowed. Advance notice is requested.

Other Information

• Fountain Hall is accessible on the first floor for persons with mobility concerns.

• Culpeper is convenient to the following airports: Dulles International, Charlottesville/Albemarle County, and Culpeper County.

• Fountain Hall is a five-minute walk from Amtrak with service on Northeast Regional, Crescent and Cardinal lines.
